We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering and Product Management at Hims & Hers. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Principal ICs and Manager to VP leaders; stay ahead of headcount and leveling by partnering with leadership; build scalable programs across Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and Hiring Excellence groups; and identify and close force-multiplier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll run structured, values‑aligned processes - adaptability, humble collaboration, ownership, and bias for action, that improve talent density across the org. At Hims and Hers, we’re building on incredible momentum, focusing on launching new specialties that will transform our platform from reactive care to proactive, comprehensive health management, deeper personalization, and tech-enabled care, as well as expanding our international presence.
