The Senior Technical Recruiter will report to the Manager and will be responsible for managing all phases of the hiring process. This role will also support supplier relationships and help ensure compliance with program guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Technical Recruiter will participate in recruiting initiatives to improve talent quality, streamline hiring processes, reduce costs, and mitigate risks for the client.
