About The Position

Robert Half Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Delivery Center, focusing on placing candidates with in-demand technical skills in contract and contract-to-hire roles. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality placements and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets such as ERP, CRM, Cloud, Security, etc.
  • Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements to identify qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates.
  • Desire to build a career in recruiting with strong negotiating and closing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing job boards and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for IT roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and internal databases to recruit top IT talent.
  • Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments.
  • Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
