About The Position

The Sr. Technical Recruiter at Yulista Holding LLC is responsible for providing recruiting support to the Tech Service Group, ensuring that technical vacancies are filled efficiently with qualified talent. This role involves strategizing talent acquisition practices that align with the company's goals, actively recruiting for hard-to-fill positions, and managing candidate pools to maintain engagement. The recruiter will also oversee onboarding processes and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting for DoD and Federal Contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking software (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates.
  • Experience in recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Understanding of proactive recruiting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with government security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit and fill hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Innovate new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
  • Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and Lead Technical Recruiter to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding applications.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates.
  • Formulate strategies to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Participate in conferences and maintain professional networks.
  • Manage outside recruiting vendor relationships as needed.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Conduct screenings and identify qualified candidates for interviews.
