About The Position

Convey is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software initiatives for our valued clients. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, project leadership, and strategic execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. As a Senior Technical PM, you will:

Requirements

6+ years of experience managing software development projects in Agile environments
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and technical project delivery best practices
Proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively with globally distributed teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and QA professionals across multiple concurrent projects
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Drive Agile delivery practices, monitor progress against key milestones, and manage risks and dependencies proactively
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
Provide clear communication to leadership, maintaining transparency on project health, priorities, and outcomes
