We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager – Tooling & Methodology (Measurement) to join the Global Measurement & Insights (GMI) team. This role will own the development of GMI Measurement Solutions and tools designed to operationalize advanced measurement methodologies and improve the efficiency and scalability of measurement delivery across clients. You will partner closely with Data Scientists, Researchers, Measurement Leads, and Analytical Leads to translate sophisticated measurement approaches into scalable, automated, and user-friendly tools that enable consistent, high-quality measurement at scale. The goal of this role is to make advanced measurement easier to execute, faster to deliver, and repeatable across Microsoft Ads’ global advertiser base. As part of the Global Measurement & Insights (GMI) organization, this role is critical to scaling advanced measurement across Microsoft Ads.
