The Role The ITSM Sr. Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for participating in a technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions IT Service Management project in ServiceNow. The TC works with the Solution Architect (SA) and Project Manager (PM) to configure ServiceNow according to the project scope and Contender best practices. Travel Requirements: This position will be remote within the Continental US with anticipated travel up to 5%.
