About The Position

We’re looking for a person that has an Engineering mindset but will act as a liaison for our Composition as a Service team (CaaS). The Sr. Tech Communication Developer serves as the primary bridge between internal business teams and external third-party vendor responsible for implementing and maintaining solutions in Open Text Exstream, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Sign, and Experience Studio. Although this role has technical components, it is not a coding role. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements, platform changes, and enhancement needs into clear, actionable communication to ensure accurate, timely delivery by the vendor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands‑on experience with Exstream, Salesforce (API/EDF integrations), Elixir, or similar enterprise communication platforms
  • Prior involvement in vendor transitions or enterprise platform migrations
  • Experience with project work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strategic and changed minded

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and the third‑party vendor for all communication related to Exstream, AEM, Experience Studio and Salesforce changes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical explanations the vendor can act on. Interpret vendor questions or requirements and communicate them back to business stakeholders in understandable terms.
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and reviews related to digital communication tools and workflows.
  • Monitor updates, releases, and changes in Exstream, AEM, and SalesForce and communicate impacts to internal teams.
  • Coordinate intake of change requests and ensure they are documented, prioritized, and delivered to the vendor.
  • Review vendor deliverables to ensure requirements were understood and met before internal approval.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services
  • Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, process workflows, and communication briefs.
  • Maintain an accurate record of changes, decisions, and project status.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution by validating that vendor implementations meet business needs.
  • Assist teams in identifying issues and ensure they’re communicated clearly and resolved promptly.
  • Assist with creating metrics and monitoring trends to suggest service improvements and business development opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business units, IT partners, compliance, and vendor teams.
  • Educate stakeholders on timelines, constraints, and processes related to communication platform changes.
