About The Position

The Sr Technical Architect at Blue Yonder is a crucial role within our product development team, responsible for the design and architecture of scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions. This individual will work across multiple scrum teams, influencing both strategic and tactical decisions, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development using Java and Spring, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex systems within the supply chain or related industries.
• Should have strong implementation experience using anyone of BY products like TMS/WMS or any other (MUST)
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and IoT.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence and guide multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in various programming languages and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design and Architecture : Lead the design and development of complex cross-product features and solutions.
• Ensure the technical architecture aligns with business needs and strategic goals.
• Utilize AI/ML, cloud platforms, and IoT technologies to enhance product features and performance.
• Collaboration and Leadership : Serve as a trusted advisor to project directors and senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and development teams to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Risk Management and Representation : Communicate potential application-related risks to senior management.
• Represent Blue Yonder at internal and external workshops, contributing to functional or technical roadmaps.
