What you will accomplish: Lead and drive the eBay Live Trust Program Management team to deliver end-to-end Live scope in very close collaboration with the business, product and tech teams around the world. Manage the team’s program managers, focusing on, goals, results, career development Take ownership of the programs by setting a strategy for the short and long-term success of the team, ensuring customer satisfaction Influence, negotiate, unblock and make key decisions that will lead the team(s) to achieve and exceed their targets Communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels, including executive updates, presentations, program documentation and tracking Partner with the analytics team, analyze, understand, and take next steps based on your program's metrics, balancing trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction; drive consensus across partners along the journey What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Minimum 5+ years of working experience with partners within Program/Product /Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations; Minimum 5+ years' operating as a project/program manager in a technical environment Proven experience managing a team of program managers Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale projects in a product environment from conception through completion. Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital; while also training others on the team where additive to project success (ownership/apprenticeship mentality) Technical background with strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum formation, and experimentation frameworks. Knowledge of Agile development practices and tools; prior experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical technique. Ideally, possess operational mastery in an innovation / experimental 0-1 product team where speed is of the essence Capable of leading through influence, negotiation and information management and remaining execution focused; holding stakeholders accountable to greater goals regardless of level of seniority, managing multiple partners at various levels in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively, and transparently. Prioritize competing priorities without loss of efficiency or visibility. Ability to operate independently with very little to no guidance, showing initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances Experience with high-stakes product roadmap, able to align decisions and executives at the center of a large tech company Ability to travel quarterly within North America Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $178,800 - $238,700 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience with partners within Program/Product /Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations
  • Minimum 5+ years' operating as a project/program manager in a technical environment
