We are hiring for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our corporate team. This role will allow you to contribute to our financial operations, ensuring compliance while managing complex tax requirements. We are a privately held company specializing in hotel development and management. Our brand spans across a variety of well -known hotel names, including boutique properties and familiar national brands. With over three decades of experience, we pride ourselves on our strong, family -oriented culture, supporting more than 950 employees nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team at our corporate headquarters. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities and offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of three years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
Proficiency in tax preparation software (such as CCH Axcess Tax) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Up -to -date knowledge of tax laws and willingness to stay informed of regulatory changes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Prepare federal and state income tax returns, along with quarterly tax estimates.
Respond to inquiries from tax authorities, including the IRS and state agencies.
Conduct research on complex tax issues.
Assist with the development and mentorship of junior staff members.
