Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting with a focus on early in career talent.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable sourcing strategies across multiple technical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, search techniques, and talent market dynamics.
  • Understanding of how to navigate closing conversations and experience making offers
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort with using sourcing metrics to refine approaches and demonstrate impact.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building long-term relationships, even before roles open.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and talent partners to understand hiring needs, team goals, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to lead the sourcing and selection process for summer internship roles, ensuring timely and successful placement of top intern talent.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier active and passive candidates across technical disciplines.
  • Leverage tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms to uncover hard-to-find talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to build engagement and interest.
  • Track sourcing metrics and data to provide insights and improve search effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects related to sourcing innovation, talent mapping, and market research.
