Requirements

  • Expertise in strategy development and passive candidate pipelining
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple creative search projects
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business leaders and HR partners
  • Reputation for process improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivering results
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for data visualization
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 6+ years executive recruiting experience
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Experience building and driving talent initiatives and pipelines
  • Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies
  • Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams

  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive opportunities
