About The Position

Solstice’s Talent Management team covers performance, talent planning, culture, engagement, and learning. The initial primary focus for this role is to improve our talent management processes, tools, and rhythms to enhance connectedness, ease of use, and impact on performance, career development, and succession. In this role, the Sr. Talent Manager will serve as a strategic thought partner and enterprise integrator, responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end talent ecosystem that enables Solstice’s continued growth and innovation. This position will lead the evolution of our global talent management framework, ensuring that our processes, tools, and programs not only support business performance but also reinforce our culture, strengthen leadership capability, and drive exceptional employee experience. The Sr. Talent Manager will work across all levels of the organization—employees, leaders, executives, and HR teams—to build and sustain a holistic approach to talent that is forward‑looking, data‑driven, and tightly aligned with Solstice’s business strategy. As Solstice continues to evolve, the Sr. Talent Manager will also contribute to broader organizational initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, leadership development, and learning.
