We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our Talent Development team on-site in Newport Beach, CA. As a Senior Talent Development Specialist you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by facilitating our learning portfolio, working with facilitation partners, and delivering our flagship training programs to employees and leaders across the globe, helping Pacific Life achieve its talent development goals, and prepare our workforce for the future. This role is critical to building capability and improving performance within our organization. You will fill a new role that sits on the People Experience (PX) team within Talent Management, reporting directly to the head of Talent Development. You will work on the TD team alongside other talent development peers and the wider Talent Management team, including Talent Enablement and Organizational Development & Change Management.
