We are seeking a forward-thinking Sr. Talent Analyst to join our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will partner closely with global senior TA, People Analytics, finance, and business teams and leaders to design, scale, and monitor the TA insights ecosystem including demand & capacity models, market intelligence, and organizational insights.
