The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for creating an agile approach for attracting, developing, and engaging critical talent that meets the demand and the growth of the organization. They understand and adapt to the changing market conditions and serve as an advisor to the team regarding total compensation trends. They will be able to build excellent rapport with their candidates, hiring managers, colleges and universities, and community career centers. They will facilitate interview training with hiring managers. They will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, and building candidate pipelines, for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This person will be responsible for building our employment brand and should always look for ways to improve the process and offer an exceptional candidate experience.
