About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for creating an agile approach for attracting, developing, and engaging critical talent that meets the demand and the growth of the organization. They understand and adapt to the changing market conditions and serve as an advisor to the team regarding total compensation trends. They will be able to build excellent rapport with their candidates, hiring managers, colleges and universities, and community career centers. They will facilitate interview training with hiring managers. They will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, and building candidate pipelines, for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This person will be responsible for building our employment brand and should always look for ways to improve the process and offer an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced full-cycle recruiting role required. In the food manufacturing industry highly preferred.
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, or related field, preferred
  • Must be skilled in behavioral interviewing techniques and have experience sourcing and selecting
  • Prior experience in developing Interview training
  • 20% (domestic) travel required
  • Ability to proactively and creatively reach out to potential candidates in various ways
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Ability to diligently complete and prioritize tasks in a timely, efficient manner
  • Must have a passion for working with people and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive outlook and remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written are required. Adept at building relationships and trust.
  • Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups of people
  • Energetic and enthusiastic. Natural ability to motivate and inspire people.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an efficient, full-cycle recruitment process to achieve hiring goals, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and offer letter preparation and presentation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted partner to the team.
  • Provide regular status reports and up-to-date candidate tracking.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's goals, processes, core values, and culture to effectively communicate the role, company vision, and workplace environment to prospective candidates.
  • Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.
  • Apply knowledge and creativity to write job postings, create recruitment strategies, and communicate with potential candidates.
  • Regularly review and update job descriptions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various methods to build a strong pipeline of talent. Develop relationships with college campuses and student groups.
  • Organize and lead career fairs and networking events.
  • Assist in building and strengthening our Company brand through networking, committee work, community outreach, career fairs and events presence.
  • Create and deliver Interview Training, on-boarding, and orientation programs
  • Manage external recruiters/agencies for temporary and specialized recruitment needs
