About The Position

Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful work? Join HGA’s Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of architecture, engineering, and design. In this role you will: Team Leadership & Strategy lead and mentor an internal recruiting team focused on A&E and support roles; partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics; develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm culture and business goals; and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices. Full-Cycle Recruitment manage end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles (e.g., architects, engineers, project managers); source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative techniques; conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination; and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Technology & AI Integration leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, resume screening software, chatbots) to streamline sourcing and improve efficiency; and use AI insights to optimize job postings, reduce bias, and enhance candidate engagement. Process Optimization & Compliance review and update job requisitions to attract diverse, high-quality candidates; ensure compliance with internal policies, university guidelines, and labor regulations; maintain ATS accuracy and documentation standards; and track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health). Collaboration & Branding partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding; collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance employer branding in the A&E talent market; and represent HGA at industry and campus events to build awareness and talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services, creative, or design-driven firm
  • Proficient in applicant tracking software platforms (e.g., iCIMS (preferred), Greenhouse, JazzHR, Lever) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting internship or early-career programs a plus
  • Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools and techniques, including resume parsing, automated sourcing, and candidate engagement technologies
