In this role you will: Team Leadership & Strategy lead and mentor an internal recruiting team focused on A&E and support roles; partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics; develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm culture and business goals; and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices. Full-Cycle Recruitment manage end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles (e.g., architects, engineers, project managers); source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative techniques; conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination; and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Technology & AI Integration leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, resume screening software, chatbots) to streamline sourcing and improve efficiency; and use AI insights to optimize job postings, reduce bias, and enhance candidate engagement. Process Optimization & Compliance review and update job requisitions to attract diverse, high-quality candidates; ensure compliance with internal policies, university guidelines, and labor regulations; maintain ATS accuracy and documentation standards; and track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health). Collaboration & Branding partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding; collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance employer branding in the A&E talent market; and represent HGA at industry and campus events to build awareness and talent pipelines.
