As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple business units and regions. Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. About the Job: Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse strategies and platforms, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insights into talent markets, candidate pipelines, and selection decisions. Present candidates comprehensively and manage the offer process, including negotiations within global compensation guidelines. Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate data-driven reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Oversee sourcing channels and employer branding efforts, including job portals, social media, and external agency management. Lead or contribute to regional/global recruitment projects aimed at process optimization and strategic improvements. Mentor and support junior recruiters and coordinators, fostering talent development within the team. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably as a Senior Recruiter in a multinational or complex environment. Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment with a consultative approach. Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practices. Solid knowledge of regional employment laws, labor market trends, and best practices in recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading or supporting global/regional recruitment projects.
