Requirements

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • Education: BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain
  • Writing: Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • AI Experience: Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
  • Data Integration: Expert knowledge of Data integration complexities
  • Analysis: Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
  • Communication: Provide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Collaboration: Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
  • Deliverables: Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)
  • Architecture / Design: Ability to support the architecture and design of AI Strategy, Implementation plans and policies

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical
  • Experience: Broad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD
  • Certifications: AI certification

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Experience: Support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
  • Performance Management Experience: Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics
  • Enterprise Architecture Experience: Have a foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture related to technical collection, and be able to communicate its relationship to the overall Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio
  • Portfolio Experience: Keep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments-related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture
  • Strategic Foresight: Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues. Make recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly
  • Liaison: Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns
  • Collaboration: Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives
  • Communication: Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
