About The Position

Our Client is looking for a senior SharePoint Online and Power Platform engineer to own their enterprise platform strategy. This is not a maintenance role. You will be the highest-level technical expert in this space within the organization — designing governance frameworks, architecting scalable solutions, driving platform modernization, and serving as the go-to escalation point when complex issues arise. You will partner directly with senior business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps and work across every level of the organization to make technology work for the business. If you thrive in an environment where you have real ownership, where your decisions carry weight, and where you can see the direct impact of your work on business operations — this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • SharePoint Online Architecture — Not a user, not an admin. An architect. They should be able to speak to governance frameworks, permission structures, site architecture decisions, and lifecycle management at the enterprise level.
  • Power Apps & Power Automate — Enterprise-grade development. They've built complex apps, not just simple forms. When flows break in production, they own the diagnosis and resolution — including engaging Microsoft directly.
  • PowerShell Scripting — Used for platform management and automation, not just occasional one-liners. This comes up in day-to-day platform governance.
  • M365 Ecosystem Integration — Deep understanding of how SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD connect and interact.
  • IT Security & Data Governance frameworks is important.
  • Enterprise Change Management
  • Cross-Functional Communication matters.

  • Design and build scalable, secure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that streamline business operations and deliver measurable value

  • Define and enforce governance policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks across all platforms
  • Monitor and enhance platform performance, availability, and user experience through proactive tuning and automation
