Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers. What You Will Do Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements. Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results. Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages. Support development of system level and sub-system level tests to include defining test objectives, methodologies, and detailed flight test plans Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically one- or two-weeks in length. Lead team of cross functional engineers for multiple design test and analysis projects. Develop test plans/procedures from MIL standard documents and program performance specifications

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math or other related engineering disciplines and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Hardware systems integration
  • Experience testing in Environmental Test Facility.
  • Engineering experience in missile system testing to include, but not limited to, the following: Guidance Section testing Rate Table testing Mechatronics HW integration
  • Perform troubleshooting on missile hardware
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or LabVIEW tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating hardware on military platforms or missile defense systems
  • Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Experience managing and presenting technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community, in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
  • Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.
  • Experience with systems integration, test execution, and test results documentation.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of customer flight tests
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time management and interpersonal skills.
