About The Position

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management.
  • Experience in operations research systems analysis or a related field.
  • Familiarity with decision analysis methods to evaluate analytic tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and learn quickly.
  • Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of financial principles is a plus.
  • Experience with Clarity PPM Tool is a bonus.
  • Experience with CBP Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project/program management support to the Directorate’s Engineering Branch.
  • Conduct problem identification and requirements analysis for various initiatives.
  • Offer remote support to end users via support sessions.
  • Track support issues and follow up with users for clarifications.
  • Guide users step-by-step through the problem-solving process.
  • Create and maintain training documentation.
  • Research and document systems process workflows and data flows.
  • Lead or support development and review of engineering management processes.
  • Participate in team building research and share analytical techniques.
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups.
  • Develop required artifacts for the Joint Requirements Integration and Management System Directive.
