Sr. Systems Analyst (Remote)

Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management.
- Experience in operations research systems analysis or a related field.
- Familiarity with decision analysis methods to evaluate analytic tools and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and learn quickly.
- Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of financial principles is a plus.
- Experience with Clarity PPM Tool is a bonus.
- Experience with CBP Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) framework is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide project/program management support to the Directorateâs Engineering Branch.
- Conduct problem identification and requirements analysis for various initiatives.
- Offer remote support to end users via support sessions.
- Track support issues and follow up with users for clarifications.
- Guide users step-by-step through the problem-solving process.
- Create and maintain training documentation.
- Research and document systems process workflows and data flows.
- Lead or support development and review of engineering management processes.
- Participate in team building research and share analytical techniques.
- Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups.
- Develop required artifacts for the Joint Requirements Integration and Management System Directive.
