About The Position

The Senior System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient IT systems to meet the needs of the organization. This role is extremely versatile and requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify system requirements, develop specifications, and oversee the integration of new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system analysis or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the current IT systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Design and propose technical solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Perform system testing and coordinate with QA teams to ensure quality and functionality.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support the integration of acquisitions
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues as they arise.
