Amazon Leo is looking for a Senior System Technical Program Manager (TPM) located in Redmond, WA to support the Industrial Design, Product Design (Mechanical), Electrical Design and Antenna Design for the Customer Terminal (CT) Projects. As a Senior System TPM, you will lead the product development of a single customer terminal device working closely with the hardware architect and hardware functional teams including Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Antenna Engineering, and Industrial Design to meet Key Performance Metrics for technical and schedule requirements. You will work with other Program Managers in other functions (software, ASICS, Operations) to ensure hardware design and deliverables align with Diagnostic and Production Device software deliverables for key builds. You will collaborate with , Product Integrity, Finance, Operations (including Quality, Operations Program Managers, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) to successfully mitigate challenges and maintain project milestone. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. The ideal person will have a "Founder's Mentality" and own the Device like it is their own start up.
