About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator (Enterprise) to work onsite in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance. The Sr. System Administrator will: Coordinate/Develop Information System requirements with agency Telecommunications Manager and Network Architect. Develop, deploy, maintain advanced IT/IS solutions in support of the Enterprise infrastructure and systems. System includes multiple Linux and Windows operating systems and applications. Develop, deploy, and maintain virtual environment utilized to support critical services throughout the Enterprise Information System (IS). Maintain security posture for all enterprise operating systems and resources to a level consistent with a FISMA reportable system. This includes the development and application of the STIGs across the Enterprise IS. Deploy and administer enterprise patch management and virus/malware mitigation solutions across the Enterprise IS. Deploy and maintain multiple Linux and MS Windows based database servers utilized for application support throughout the Enterprise IS. Develop, deploy, maintain Enterprise level monitoring and ticketing applications, such as the ManagerEngine product suite, Splunk Log Collection/Analysis/Correlation systems and Cisco Intersight infrastructure management application. Develop methods for deploying development environments that mirror production environments for risk mitigation in test and evaluation of software and hardware solutions. Implement and Administer enterprise-wide Multi-factor Authentication systems to include Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and enterprise certificate management. Provide networking configuration and maintenance support to include basic switch and router troubleshooting, configuration, cable routing, and termination.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 10 years of hands-on System Administration experience in an enterprise environment
  • Strong experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems and database servers
  • Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing DISA STIGs and maintaining systems at FISMA-compliant security levels
  • Experience with enterprise patch management and anti-virus/malware platform
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and log management tools such as: Splunk ManageEngine Cisco Intersight (or comparable tools)
  • Experience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), PKI, and certificate management
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including: Basic switch and router configuration and troubleshooting Cable routing and termination TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP fundamentals
  • Strong scripting/automation skills (bash, PowerShell, or Python preferred)

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and training.
