About The Position

FCP Euro is seeking a Sr. Supply Planner to execute and continuously improve advanced supply planning processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic thought leader and subject matter expert, balancing day-to-day operations with transformational initiatives to drive real value within our supply chain. This role focuses on executing and continuously improving advanced supply planning processes. The ideal candidate has a track record of adding value within supply planning and acts as a strategic thought leader. This individual will maintain primary ownership of core KPI and service level achievement for assigned suppliers. Additionally, they will be assigned to lead one or two specific transformational focus areas while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help hone ideas, drive adoption, and support continuous improvement across initiatives. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in Supply chain or planning roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or the equivalent in related work experience
  • A proven track record of innovating and adding value within supply planning or inventory management
  • Experience designing, deploying, and continuously improving supply planning business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound business decisions
  • Broad understanding of supply chain concepts, including multi-node inventory flow, risk optimization, and supplier performance
  • Excellent communication skills; able to act as a thought leader, hone ideas, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Excel, ERP, and Inventory/Replenishment systems and the ability to work effectively within them
