Sr Supply Chain Risk Management Mgr
About The Position
Responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain risk management strategies to enhance resilience and ensure compliance. This role proactively identifies and monitors risk indicators, initiates timely alerts, and drives business continuity planning. Collaborates cross-functionally to assess risk exposure, design mitigation strategies, and ensures compliance. Is aware of evolving directives and engages subject matter experts to interpret guidance from external agencies (e.g., FEMA, DOE, NERC), delivering impact assessments and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Risk Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years in supply chain risk management or compliance roles.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, FERC) and risk management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in risk monitoring tools and reporting platforms.
- Successful candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

- Preferred certifications: CSCP, CRMP, CBCP.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and implement supply chain risk policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, assess, and monitor supply chain risks (e.g. geopolitical, environmental, cyber, regulatory).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide to develop and monitor mitigation plans.
- Conduct business continuity scenario planning and stress testing for high-impact events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, FERC) and maintain audit documentation.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Benchmark practices against industry standards and participates in peer reviews.
