Your Impact: The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: As member of Trade Procurement team, participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through data. Develop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metrics. Design new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organization. Identify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate. Utilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboards. Utilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards. Support Trade Procurement projects. Manage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to Nexus. SALARY: $117,229/yr. The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field of study
  • 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation.
  • Employer will also accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics or related field of study and 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience.
  • Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following data visualization and dashboarding tools to include Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy
  • using a major ERP system; such as, Oracle, SAP or Infor
  • turning raw data into meaningful outputs to be used to make business decisions, notably as it relates to on-time performance indicators and forecasting
  • Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, macros) and data management tools to analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs
  • directly communicating with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and optimize business needs
  • working within a large, global corporation that has at least $500 million in revenue per year
  • Procure to Pay experience
  • statistical methods including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain
  • calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations and Correlations
  • time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histograms.
