The principal objective of the Sr. Supervisor of Nursing is to provide professional nursing care and support and to manage the occupational health programs at a designated facility. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Occupational Health Nurse programs, policies, and procedures, adhering to nursing procedures within the scope of practice. The position also involves managing comprehensive injury and illness prevention and early intervention programs, handling workers' compensation cases, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements for records and reporting systems. The Sr. Supervisor of Nursing will attend facility management meetings to provide occupational health updates, participate in facility safety and ergonomic programs, and develop and coordinate health education programs for Team Members, all while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality.
