This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the hatching, pulling, vaccinating, and egg handling of Cobb eggs and chicks. It is an entry-level professional position responsible for supervising an individual or small group of non-exempt TMs (clerical, administrative, and production), including providing training, monitoring work quality, and coaching TMs on performance. The role is accountable for the quality of results produced by the team and can work independently with the ability to evaluate alternatives under circumstances that are not covered by written procedures. The jobsite is a biosecurity environment which requires showering before entering the facility and could require multiple showers during the work day. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry. Team members must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds) and the Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times.
