About The Position

The Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales at Clearwave Fiber is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team in the fast-growing fiber-optic industry. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Residential Sales Executive team in the Marietta, GA area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the supervisor will work with leadership to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets, driving growth, operational excellence, and the future of residential fiber connectivity. The position requires a balance of strategic leadership and direct sales activities, with approximately 60% of time spent in the field engaging with the team and 40% on strategic planning, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Live within 20-30 minutes of Marietta.
  • A driven leader with a passion for sales and team development.
  • Experienced in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Adept at coaching, mentoring, and leading a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Skilled in performance management and operational efficiency.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of partnering effectively across departments and leadership levels.
  • Successful background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for meeting and surpassing your team's sales goals, balancing leadership responsibilities with individual sales efforts.
  • Supervise, train, and coach the Residential Sales Executives (RSEs), fostering an environment of continuous improvement, accountability, and team success.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to sales leadership, providing transparency and insight into team performance and progress.
  • Take responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales talent.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop your team members, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Oversee employee relations, conducting performance reviews and managing improvement plans to maintain a productive, engaged, and motivated workforce.
  • Work closely with leadership and operations teams to manage territory assignments, track performance, and ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by market leadership, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to Clearwave Fiber’s overall success.
