About The Position

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you will be a passionate and organized leader responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role serves as the vital link between effective support and successful operations. You will coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring compliance with every regulatory requirement. The position involves operational management, team building, coordinating appointments and activities for individuals, maintaining accurate records, and acting as the primary safeguard for regulatory adherence. Requirements

• A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
