As a Sr. Strategy & Operations Sales Program Manager, you will be a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and managing cross-functional programs that will be delivered to the field teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales leaders, utilizing your strong analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Go-To-Market Sales, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful programs. Your ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend prioritized technology solutions will help address key business challenges. You should be comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to Director-level and above stakeholders. This position combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies with the operational execution needed to ensure these programs are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of GTM Sales Programs.
