Sr. Strategy & Execution Internship (Summer 2026)
About The Position
Zurich's Strategy Team works on a variety of high-impact projects directly for the Executive Committee (ExCo). The topics covered by Zurich's Strategy Team range from building business cases, conducting portfolio analyses, and developing strategic plans for different Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The Strategy Team supports the highest priority topics across the organization and consistently engages with senior leadership, offering you a unique learning experience and exposure to multiple business units and functions. Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and enrollment in a Master's Degree or PhD Program and no prior experience required
Nice To Haves
- Background in business, consulting, finance, and/or banking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent storytelling and influencing abilities.
- System knowledge: BOE, Excel, PowerPoint, S&P.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.
