DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of a global leader in serving science. Working collaboratively with leadership, you'll analyze markets, develop growth strategies, and coordinate cross-functional projects that directly impact our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. You'll partner with teams across divisions to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and transform analysis into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with expertise in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global teams
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills valuable
  • Life sciences or healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
