The Service Delivery DF Test and Turn Up Specialist will focus on providing excellent customer service and end-to-end operational oversight of DF customer turn-ups. The position will have overall test and turn up support responsibility – including internal and external coordination and technical assistance. This role will review and validate OTDR shots, lead customer-facing troubleshooting during new service activations, and coordinate closely with Network Operations teams to ensure a timely, high-quality service. In addition, this position will serve as a team leader regarding process development and supervising project managers, as needed.
