Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. Job Summary The Strategic Programs Consultant is responsible for enabling high-visibility projects that support the long-term goals of MOD and Comcast Advertising. This role supports a specialized team focused on strategic program execution, offering expert support to initiative, activate or accelerate high-visibility Media initiatives. Core capabilities include intake due diligence, design thinking workshops, current state assessments, and operating model development to establish strong foundations and drive rapid, transformative outcomes—distinct from traditional program management functions. This role partners with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities while managing cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact, with accelerated execution and implementation. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or project management, preferably in a cross-functional setting.
  • Experience partnering with mid-to-senior leadership to support strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Execution •Support the execution and operational health of strategic initiatives by working with business unit leaders to refine scopes, set objectives, and manage programs to completion.
