We’re hiring a Sr. Strategic Partnership Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic employer partnerships. This role is focused exclusively on Tier 1 accounts, where success requires a high level of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. You will lead account strategy, manage complex employer relationships, and design tailored engagement approaches that drive sustained employee utilization over time. You’ll work closely with senior leadership while owning the day-to-day strategy and execution required to make these partnerships successful. You’ll operate as the commercial owner of your accounts, responsible for deepening engagement, expanding partnership scope, and ensuring each employer relationship delivers meaningful, measurable impact.
