This role leads the cultivation of high-impact employer and community partnerships, oversees implementation of credential and training programs aligned with labor market demand, and provides direct supervision to the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator. The Manager plays a critical role in expanding access to employment, training, and supportive services for clients through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
