The Strategic Partnerships Manager supports the Director of Strategic Partnerships in developing and executing innovative workforce development strategies and career pathway initiatives. This role leads the cultivation of high-impact employer and community partnerships, oversees implementation of credential and training programs aligned with labor market demand, and provides direct supervision to the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator. The Manager plays a critical role in expanding access to employment, training, and supportive services for clients through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. · Lead the development and execution of employer partnership strategy to support workforce training, credential attainment, and job placement outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. · Cultivate, manage, and deepen high-value relationships with employers, industry associations, education providers, and community-based organizations to expand career pathway opportunities for clients. · Identify, evaluate, and implement new partnership and program opportunities that strengthen service delivery, reduce barriers to employment, and support regional and statewide growth. · Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator, including goal setting, workflow prioritization, and professional development. · Support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of credential and pathway programs, ensuring alignment with labor market demand, employer needs, and organizational impact goals. Serve as the lead coordinator of such programs, as appropriate and assigned. · Partner with internal leadership and cross-functional teams (Career Services, Mission Integration, Reentry, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment, effective program rollout, and strong partner engagement across sites. · Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and programs; analyze data using Salesforce and other platforms to drive strategy, measure impact, and inform decision-making. · Guide and scale Partner Day and other statewide partner processes, setting standards, improving quality, and ensuring consistency across regions. · Represent the organization in external meetings, convenings, and public-facing opportunities to advance strategic workforce initiatives and strengthen Goodwill’s position as a key talent development partner. · Contribute to the planning and advancement of reentry and workforce development initiatives, responding to emerging organizational and community needs. · Perform other duties as assigned.
