As a Senior Financial Analyst at Engine, you’ll take a key role in helping us scale smarter and faster. Your mission will be to unlock actionable insights across all our demand generation, Product, R&D and support teams to improve how we acquire, grow, and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative. You’re excited to dig into the “why” behind the numbers and influence decisions that drive growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across all key functions including demand generation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships), R&D, Member Support, to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business impact.
  • Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making, such as the revenue model and partnerships model.
  • Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives.
