We are seeking a Sr. Staff People Systems Analyst (Sr. Staff HRIS Analyst) who responsible for Archer Aviation's Workday HCM platform strategy, architecture, and execution. This is a hands-on role that partners with the HR Operations team and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant HR technology solutions. This role will drive the HR technology roadmap, support Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence modules, and ensure our systems and processes meet business needs. The analyst will lead continuous process improvement initiatives, vendor evaluations, change management efforts, and governance, while championing efficiency, automation, and scalability.
