About The Position

QVC Group is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to lead the optimization and management of our ServiceNow HR platform, employee and communications portals (Unily), company intranet, and external corporate web pages. In this influential role, you will collaborate across HR, Communications, IT, and business teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences for employees and external audiences. You will report to the Director, Global People Solutions. This is a hybrid role in West Chester, PA. QVC empowers shoppers with knowledge and shares insights in a lively and engaging way. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, portals, intranets, or corporate web pages, with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Experience managing employee and communications portals, intranets, and external corporate sites
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence partners
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors: adaptability, accountability, inclusivity, and a focus on results
  • Experience in a retail, e-commerce, or media environment
  • Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert for ServiceNow HR modules, employee and communications portals, our intranet, and external corporate web pages
  • Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of digital platforms to enhance employee engagement, communication, and self-service
  • Partner with HR, Communications, IT, and partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and achieve projects that improve user experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of all digital platforms
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging ServiceNow and portal capabilities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, modeling QVC's "Build the Team" competency
  • Stay current on digital workplace and HR technology trends, recommending innovations that align with QVC's strategic goals
