Software is an integral part in realizing this vision and we are hiring a software manager to play a leadership role shaping our future. Position Summary: The Sr. Staff Analyst, Business Optimization will focus on bridging operational excellence with financial accountability. This role is responsible for integrating accounting processes into project workflows, implementing cost control measures, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to map interactions between cross-functional teams. The goal is to improve transparency, optimize processes, and enhance tooling across the organization. The successful candidate will have experience in process design, cost analysis, and ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote and serves within the Operational Excellence function for projects across the United States.
