The Sr. Sponsorships Manager (Baseball) will manage all aspects of T-Mobile’s partnership with Major League Baseball and collaborate with colleagues overseeing other elements of the partnership including Little League, Minor League, team partnerships, and talent support. This role will partner on the development of annual sponsorship strategies; oversee go-to-market, cross-functional planning, and campaign execution; and be accountable for performance measurement and executive recaps. In addition, the Sr. Sponsorships Manager will support Sponsorships team leadership with budget forecasting, landscape analysis, portfolio optimization and prioritization, and contract negotiations, as appropriate. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for leveraging sports partnerships to create impactful brand experiences and drive business goals. They bring expertise in partnership strategy, asset management, relationship development, and cross-functional leadership. This role works closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to ideate, build, and deliver breakthrough sports marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Sponsorships.
