About The Position

Supply Chain Operations Senior Specialist Primary Responsibilities Support end-to-end supply chain project initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams—including Logistics Operations, Transportation, Inventory Planning, IT, and Store Operations—to gather requirements and support project execution. Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction across supply chain workflows. Support project managers with documentation including project plans, status updates, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews. Coordinate testing, validation, and rollout of new supply chain tools, systems, or processes. Use data and reporting tools to evaluate performance KPIs and recommend operational enhancements. Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and alignment. Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new supply chain processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or project coordination experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with supply chain systems or WMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
