About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. POSITION SUMMARY:Senior Specialist is knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to US Customs regulations that apply to products imported from vendors and suppliers outside the jurisdiction of US government rules. The Senior Specialist will assist Manager of Customs Compliance ensures that FULLBEAUTY Brands complies with applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics and FTZ compliance, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex customs regulations.
Skilled in cross-functional communication across multiple time zones and departments.
Proven track record of strategic execution, problem-solving, and high personal accountability.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, including 214 processing, weekly 3461 entries, and CBP Form 7501, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
Ensure accuracy of manifest data, including quantity verification and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes for all foreign goods entering the zone.
Prepare and submit weekly estimated shipment volumes to U.S. Customs, maintaining compliance and preventing discrepancies.
Coordinate with Integration Point annually to perform FTZ systems audits, validating system functionality and compliance standards.
Oversee the document distribution process for in-bond shipments and containers cleared outside the FTZ.
Maintain and update FDA item data from Brylane Home to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Apply working knowledge of U.S. HTS classification regulations for all imported goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support to the Logistics department, as needed to resolve compliance or operational issues.
