Crocs is looking for a Sr. Retail Marketing Specialist to join the Global Visual Merchandising team. This role involves supporting product campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, and driving audience engagement. The Sr. Specialist will coordinate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to assist in planning seasonal activations, creating content, developing channel strategies, and reporting results. Ideal candidates should think big, act quickly, and collaborate effectively.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant marketing experience including background working in retail marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with and understanding of go-to-market process and marketing channel strategies.
  • Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency; must be able to foster and promote a highly collaborative environment.
  • Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment, with ability to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of in-store retail marketing programs, including seasonal floor sets, point-of-purchase displays, signage systems, and promotional activations that drive consumer engagement at shelf.
  • Builds and manages detailed asset briefs for retail marketing materials — clearly defining objectives, messaging hierarchy, channel specs, and timelines — and partners with the Creative team to ensure on-brief, on-time delivery.
  • Serves as a key steward of the retail marketing budget, owning shared budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation in partnership with brand and channel leads to ensure efficient allocation across programs.
  • Manages and grows a vendor network of print production, fixture, and display suppliers — negotiating timelines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring scalable, cost-effective execution across retail doors.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, and DTC teams to align in-store marketing programs with product launch calendars, assortment strategies, and consumer priorities.
  • Translates global brand and product marketing strategies into locally relevant in-store executions, adapting programs to fit retail partner requirements, regional market insights, and store-tier hierarchies.
  • Develop retail marketing toolkits and campaign playbooks that equip field and retail partner teams to execute programs consistently across channels and store formats.
  • Tracks and analyze in-store program performance, consumer trends, and competitive retail activity to inform ongoing strategy and continuously improve execution effectiveness.
  • Manages multiple concurrent retail programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining clear project status communication across global, regional, and channel stakeholders.
