Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales or retail analytics, preferably in an omnichannel environment
Proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
Experience working with digital analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with merchandising systems or retail planning tools

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret sales data: Provide insights across all channels to identify performance drivers and opportunities for growth
Partner with Power BI & Data Optimization: Ensure dashboards and recurring reports provide visibility into key sales metrics
Provide deep-dive analyses: Give guidance on conversion, traffic, assortment, and promotional effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with various groups such as merchandising, digital, store ops to align analytics with business strategies
Identify and prioritize initiatives: Support the Manager in prioritizing analytics initiatives
Lead test and learn analysis: Work with with cross-functional partners to identify and measure accurately
Ensure data accuracy: Review and make sure consistency across platforms and reporting outputs
